Write down your fears, stressors, anxieties onto paper–let it all go. Then, rip it all up! The process of paper ripping can be very freeing and cathartic; afterwards, create a unique collage out of the strips and pieces. Take back ownership of your mind and body.

About the Event
The community you are looking for is here! We want you here! I want you here! I’m Romeo, a Latinx, disabled, queer, and trans therapist who wants to create art with you at our free Trans*formations crafting meet-ups.
If you’re looking for a sign to take a break from the outside world to hear your inner world, this is it! Collages, paintings, love letters, poems, sculptures, or bring your own craft – whatever you heart desires to actualize, I want to make happen. Trans*formations is free to all participants and supplies are provided for each meet ups themed craft. Masking is optional but encouraged; masks are provided for free.
Trans*formations is designed for members of the trans community to explore their identities and build community. We ask that participants self-identify under the trans umbrella, which includes non-binary and gender non-conforming folks.
