Meetup at Pridefest

QTAC’s Social Committee is excited to announce its first meetup on April 15th at Tallahassee Pridefest  and Chain of Parks Art Festival! This meetup is family-friendly and all ages are welcome. 

On Saturday April 15th, at 12pm you can meet QTAC at the Challenger Learning Center (200 S Duval Street) and then walk over to Pridefest at Kleman Plaza (306 S. Duval Street). You can also meet us at Pridefest anytime from 12pm-3pm - where some members will be sitting in front of the main stage! Attendees are welcome to bring blankets or folding chairs to sit on while we’re gathered for Pride. There will be vendors, food, music and more!

At 3pm, we’ll walk over to Chain of Parks (200 E Park Avenue) to check out our city’s largest art festival of the year! Chain of Parks has artisans from across the nation vending along with local food & performances. Wanna stay at Pridefest instead? That’s fine too! Some QTAC members will be sticking around Pridefest for the duration.

If you’re driving to Pridefest, parking can be found at the downtown public library, the Civic Center, and along Jefferson Street. Street parking downtown is free during the weekends. The roads between Gadsden & Duval will be blocked off for the events. Attendance for both events is free!
